Ingrediencie

  • Portobello hriby/huby, burgerova zemla, salat, paradajka, syr (ja cheddar), chilly paprika. 2x dressing: petrzlenovy dip:

Postup

  • Hriby si umyjeme stonky odstranime (pouzijeme grilovane na strane), pokorenime, osolime a naolejujeme.
  • Grilujeme cca 15min. Hlavkou hore, aby nam stavy nevytiekli.
  • Zatial si pripravime burger (zemlu), ktory rozkrajame na 3 casti (aby sme mali 3 urovne burgru) a potriete olejom a tiez zagrilujeme (pripadne opecieme na panvici).
  • Vrstvime: zaciname od spodu: spodna zemla petrzlenovy dip:

portobello hrib, salatovy list, stredna cast burgra (zemle), syr (ktory sa na teplej zemle ciastocne roztopi), paradajka, portobello hrib, chilly papriky, burger uzavriem zemlou potretou barbeque omackou, prip. ju dame priamo na syr (tu som dnes zamiesala s trochou jogurtu, lebo som uz nemala dostatok).
